A minimum temperature of 5 degrees Celsius is recommended and a maximum temperature of 35 degrees. Water the plant regularly in summer, but not too much. Too much water will cause root rot and this is bad for the plant. In winter watering is considerably less than in summer, as the plant will be in resting position. If you want to give some extra nutrition in the summer, do so a little less than the dosage indicated, as too much is never good. If you want to repot the plant, it is best to do so in the spring, so that the plant has enough time to recover from any damage.
